Shipping Policy
Once you place an order we will send you an email including your order number and details. You will receive another email within 1-2 business days indicating your order status and the estimated date of shipping. We usually process and ship out our orders in 3-4 business days.
Free Standard Shipping - USPS/UPS
Arrives in 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped.
Second-Day Shipping - FEDEX
Arrives in 2-3 business days after the order has been shipped. If an order was shipped out on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.
Next-Day Express Shipping - FEDEX Express
Arrives the next business day after the order has been shipped. If an order was shipped out on Friday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.
Overnight Expedited Shipping - OnTrac
Arrives the next day after the order has been placed. Expect to receive your order by 8:00 PM.
Return & Exchange Policy
We're sorry that your order was not what you expected!
Please contact us if you have any issues with your items. If you ordered the wrong size or color, we will arrange an exchange, no questions asked, hassle-free!
We also gladly accept all returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free.
Returned items must be:
- in original packaging
- all original tags intact
- no physical damages
Once your items are received and inspected, you will receive an email from us indicating your refund is being processed. An automatic refund will be credited to your original method of payment and you will receive your refund within 5-7 business days.
